Process
Analysis
The first step in repairing credit is to fully analyze the credit report for items that are both positive and negative. Since no two persons' credit reports are the same, our analysts will determine the necessary procedures that need to be taken to maximize the results for each client’s situation.
Procedures
Procedures that may be used to improve credit are as follows:
- Lowering D.T.I. (Debt to Income Ratio)
- Negotiating and deleting (if possible) unpaid derogatory accounts which include collections, charge-offs, judgments, and/or liens
- Adding positive credit accounts
- Removing liability of accounts that are fraudulent
- Removing Inquiries
- Updating and removing Personal Information inaccurately being reported on a credit report
- Fully investigating, with both creditors and the bureaus, all derogatory items that are misleading, inaccurate, and/or outdated
- Items investigated include public records, tax liens, judgments, repossessions, late pay items, and all other paid and unpaid delinquent accounts
Results
Once a round of investigations has begun, clients can expect to receive correspondence directly from the bureaus within 30-45 days. On average, our clients can expect to see their Fico scores improve between 20-60 points.
Pricing
We do not charge per line or by the number of items on a credit report. We understand that every credit report is different and depending on what services need to be rendered in order to maximize a client’s score, a price will be given. Prior to beginning work on a client’s file, the client is required to present the funds for the amount quoted. These funds are held until all work on the client’s file is complete, or if a client is in breach of contract.
